MMT asserts that the US Gov. can never be financially constrained. The limit is when inflation starts when there are shortages. Inflation only happens when there are shortages. It is mostly never true that too much money has caused inflation, without there being shortages. And even when there is a shortage of money there has often been inflation when there were shortages. So, CP is right to say that it will be handled.
